Hi, I'm Tara Noseck!

I am a registered dietitian and certified functional nutrition practitioner specializing in PCOS.

Tara Noseck, PCOS Pro dietitian

Over the last several years in my private practice, an increasing number of women were reaching out to me, looking for help with their PCOS.

Many of my clients had similar threads and often heartbreaking stories, filled with confusion, frustration and hopelessness. There were often tears.

  • “It took me 3 doctors and 6 years to get a proper diagnosis.”
  • “I feel so disconnected from my body.”
  • “I can’t stop gaining weight no matter what I do.”
  • “My doctor just told me to lose weight and made me feel like it was my fault.”
  • “I’m dying to be a mother, but I haven’t had a period in over 6 months.”
  • “All I got is a prescription for birth control and metformin.”
  • “My doctor told me it didn’t really matter and to come back when I’m ready to get pregnant.”

With each new client I took on, I felt more and more frustrated by the way the medical system was letting them down.

I quickly learned, women living with PCOS are one of the most underserved (not to mention dismissed and gaslit) populations in healthcare today. This needs to change.

I dug into reading the research and learned everything I could to teach my clients how to effectively manage this condition for the lifespan.

What I found was that nutrition and lifestyle are the foundational factors that move the needle and particular supplements can be extremely effective layered in.

What I have also discovered is that these solutions are not reaching the majority of you in the current model of care.

While there still is a lot we don’t know about PCOS, there is a serious lack of application of what we do know. I find this unacceptable for how many women live with this condition (you are 1 in 10!).

My goal is to teach as many women as I can, the evidence-based ways to to manage PCOS in a way that is supportive, positive, realistic and sustainable.

Working with all of you has inspired a deep empathy in me, and a calling to serve this community in a way that is meaningful, connection-based, empathic, collaborative and reflects the most up-to-date and cutting edge evidence available on PCOS- all the things I have found to be often missing from your care.

Welcome to PCOS Pro. I’m so glad you’re here.
