If you're like many of my clients, you're here because you're at your wit's end.

You know there has got to be more to managing PCOS than taking a pill and jumping on another restrictive diet.

You are so confused by what to eat, what supplements to take, how to exercise, alllll of it.

You tired of wondering what’s happening in your body and just want someone to explain what is causing this acne, weight gain, sugar cravings and missing period.

Most importantly, you want to know EXACTLY what to do fix it.

I see you.

PCOS Pro was born out of seeing this unfulfilled need time and again.

This one-on-one nutrition counseling program is for those who are ready to take control of their PCOS.

The program utilizes a holistic and integrative approach that focuses on addressing the root causes of symptoms and using nutrition, lifestyle and strategic supplementation to reverse those symptoms.

All sessions are conducted with Tara Noseck, a registered and licensed dietitian (RD, LDN) and certified integrative and functional nutrition practitioner (IFNCP).

PCOS Pro 1:1

The 4 elements that make the PCOS Pro approach so effective:

Comprehensiveness

PCOS is a complex condition involving and affecting many systems of the body.

Sessions will cover the many drivers of symptoms and more importantly, what to do about them to get the results you’ve been waiting for.

Personalization

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to PCOS and everyone comes into the program at different entry points.

Interventions used will not only be targeted for YOUR unique root causes, but will also meet you where you are on your journey and what changes you are ready to make.

Sustainability

No restrictive dieting. No 180-degree turn of your life as it is today.

Starting with small buildable changes, we’ll work towards your goals in a way that feels sustainable, as you build confidence in your ability to implement the changes that will move the needle most for you.

Compassion

No blame or condescension. No dismissing or gaslighting your experience.

Just as important as what we do together, is how you feel valued in our partnership. I acknowledge the difficult road you’ve walked and will always deliver my messages with empathy, kindness and connection.

FAQ

    • Those looking for a quick-fix or crash diet.
    • Those who are not yet in a place to make any changes. To see results, work has to be done. However, please note the program is designed in that clients are encouraged to start with small, incremental changes over time.
    • Those that are NOT open to a integrative/functional medicine, whole-person approach and prefer a pharmaceutical-only based approach to managing PCOS.
    • Those that are unsure if they have PCOS.

No, I do not take health insurance.

I am happy to provide you with the documentation to pursue reimbursement, if that is something that your insurance company offers.

Yes, absolutely. As long as you have a Visa or Mastercard symbol, you may use this as payment.

I do put emphasis on incorporating dense and bioavailable sources of protein, especially for insulin-resistant PCOS. I find the best outcomes if clients are willing to incorporate animal sources.

I do work with vegetarians. But please know, in some cases, managing insulin resistance can be more challenging.

Based on my clinical experience and the research, I do not advocate for a vegan diet, particularly for PCOS. In that case, it is likely not a good fit.
